The agency decided to take a systematic approach to communications. The goal of the project is to create a holistic strategy that not only defines messages and channels, but becomes a tool for effective interaction with communities, partners and beneficiaries. It is a document that helps the organization's team understand how to communicate its ideas and maintain trust among those who collaborate with it.

How was it?

From April to August 2025, the team went through a series of meetings, online trainings, and mentoring sessions. At each meeting, participants discussed which messages are important to different audiences, how to build communication more effectively, and what the community wants to see. At first, chaotic ideas turned into a clear system - the team managed to synchronize approaches and find a common “line” for all communication channels.

Impressive results

For the first time in the history of the organization, a document has appeared that defines the rules, principles and guidelines for communications. It has become a non-paper formality - the strategy is ready for practical application, especially considering that the organization has received a three-year institutional grant, which involves the involvement of a communication manager and an SMM specialist. The strategy makes it possible to plan public work flexibly, adapting it to the needs of the community and the development of the organization.

Challenges and Achievements

The main challenge was the first experience of such work. The team had limited experience in strategic communications, had to prioritize and form a common vision. At the same time, this is exactly what has become a valuable lesson: the organization has gone from chaotic ideas to a coordinated strategic document. Facilitated sessions helped each team member express their opinions and see that even complex tasks can be solved together.

Impact on the community

Having a strategy means that from now on, the organization's communications will be clearer and more transparent. The community will quickly learn about opportunities and services, and partners will have a clear understanding of how to cooperate. The strategy creates the basis for strengthening trust and forms a synergy effect when everyone sees that the organization works openly and systematically.

What left this project?

The document became the first systemic communication strategy for the organization and the starting point for further development. He gave the team experience in coordinating values and priorities, strengthened internal unity and clearly showed that even complex tasks can be solved together. In the coming months, the strategy will begin to transform internal processes, making communications alive, effective and understandable for the community.
